The brief
Megan Short is a transformative life coach, qualified with Animas, who runs a community for twenty-something women (and beyond) who are done with all or nothing. Her audience already loved her on Instagram, but her website was not doing any of the work.
She needed a site that sounds exactly like her, shows the community she has built, and fills the January intake of her group programme, All or Something.
The approach
I wrote every page in her voice, playful and direct, then shaped it with her edits. The look comes straight from her brand: cream, two pinks and a warm brown, handwritten notes, and the crossed ribbons she chose for her banner.
Her girls’ photos lead, so the site feels like the group rather than a solo sales page, and every page points to the January waitlist, with her Power Hour and webinars one tap away.

The craft, in detail
- 01Copy in her voice. Every page written for her, playful and direct, then refined with her own edits.
- 02Her palette, her handwriting. Cream, two pinks and a warm brown, with handwritten notes and the ribbon banner she picked herself.
- 03Community first. Her community’s photos lead, so the site feels like the group she runs, not a page about one person.
- 04A waitlist on every page. Every page leads to the January waitlist for All or Something, so the site keeps filling the next intake.
- 05Enquiries to her inbox. Forms send straight to her own email address, from her own verified domain.

Her community finds her on Instagram, so every page was designed for the phone first.
