Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These terms cover your use of this website, operated by Lux Digital Studio Ltd, a company based in Manchester, United Kingdom. By using the site you accept them.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse and get in touch. Please don’t misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or copy its design and content for your own commercial use without permission.
Our work & intellectual property
The design, code, text and images on this site are owned by Lux Digital unless stated otherwise. The portfolio pieces shown (such as Noir and Doqura) are demonstration builds created to illustrate my work.
When you commission a project, ownership of the final website — your domain, code and content — transfers to you on completion, as set out in your individual project agreement. That agreement, not this page, governs the work itself.
The free mockup
The free homepage mockup is offered with no obligation on either side. It remains my property until a project is agreed; commissioning the full build gives you ownership of the delivered site.
Links to other sites
This site links to live demos and third-party sites. I’m not responsible for the content or practices of sites I don’t operate.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, I’m not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
